Consultation
A phone consultation is scheduled after booking an appointment. This helps me to get to know you better and vice versa and prepares you for what to expect on the day of your appointment.
Safety
Hair must be washed before service and scalp must be intact. We will not service any client that has cuts, sores or anything that looks contagious on the scalp. Service will be stopped immediately and deposit refunded. We care about you and your well being.
